The CEO of a Miami modeling agency and ’90 Day Fiancé’ boyfriend has been arrested and charged with attempted first-degree murder after he attempted to strangle and drown her in West Palm Beach, Florida.
TMZ first announced that Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) officers in Palm Beach County responded to witness calls on Sunday (4/24/22) saying the officer and CEO of Urge , Caroline Schwitzky, and her boyfriend of 1 year, Cole Goldberg, 23, had an argument on his boat.
Witnesses say they saw Caroline, who appeared on ’90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?’ in 2016, try to get away from him, but Goldberg “aggressively grabbed her and grabbed her” to keep her on board. They also said the couple’s fight lasted almost 20 minutes.
Schwitzky eventually broke free and jumped off the boat in an attempt to swim to a nearby boat but, according to witnesses, Goldberg swam after her and held her down underwater. A passerby named Matt Paris allegedly jumped into the water and helped Caroline escape to safety.
Jail records indicate that FWC officers took Goldberg into custody where he was charged with one count of battery: touch or strike. After posting $60,000 bond, he was released on Monday evening.
Police reports also revealed that Schwitzky had bruises on his arm.
Apparently heroic spectator Paris and Schwitzky both took a no contact order against Goldberg, as seen by page 6who also said he was due back in court on June 16.
