The agency is run from the home of Hudson’s boyfriend John Trant at 11 Chalifoux Road. Team 5 Investigates has discovered that Trant is a convicted sex offender.

When Team 5 showed up to talk to Hudson, she wouldn’t answer any questions and asked us to leave the property. When asked if she put young girls at risk, Hudson simply replied, “No.”

Lauren Ortiz is the mother of 16-year-old Matison Trotter, who is an aspiring model who interned for the agency at the Chalifoux Road home.

Ortiz thinks Hudson put his daughter in danger, “She’s very irresponsible to put my child or any other child in this situation.”

“I actually said to him, ‘You betrayed my trust in this.’ She knew it, I trusted her to be safe,” Trotter said.

What makes this even more disturbing is Trant’s crime.

In 2007, he was caught in an undercover sting chatting with someone posing as a 13-year-old girl.

Investigators said Trant was called JTWANT2PLAY.

He discussed sex with her online, sent pictures of sex devices, pictures of himself and pornography. He even spoke to her on the phone.

According to court documents, about a month later, Trant arranged a meeting with the person posing as the 13-year-old. She told him it was his birthday.

Police say when Trant showed up to the meeting in Walpole, NH, the back seat of his truck was folded into a bed and he had a condom and a birthday cake. Trant was placed under arrest and convicted of attempted felony sexual assault and prohibited use of computer services.

“There is obviously a major concern for the Hudson Police Department. When we were made aware of this, we immediately began investigating this allegation,” said Hudson, NH Police Captain William Avery.

Hudson said Trant had nothing to do with his business, but there is a picture of Trant aboard a yacht on the company’s Facebook page.

A model who does not want to be identified said Trant has been in photo shoots in the past.

“He attends some events and lives in the house where the office is. I’m absolutely appalled, furious. She’s not protecting her clients and role models at all. They’re children, at least warn the parents,” said the model.

Hudson initially told Team 5 that she disclosed Trant’s conviction to her models, but several models told us the disclosure was never made.

Ortiz said Hudson never revealed the fact that Trant was a convicted sex offender. Ortiz was grateful that Team 5 reached out to her with the information.

“I’m so glad you reached out to us and it didn’t continue because God only knows what could have happened,” she said.
